AppFolio will increase our ability to provide you enhanced reporting, detailed video/photo walk through data for your properties (move-in and move-out processing), elaborate tracking for maintenance requests/repairs and tenant communication improving transparency for the full-service management of your property.

In addition, please login and update your banking information so that we can start forwarding your owner draws beginning with March 2021 rents. Buildium, our current system, will be phased out at the end of February 2021.
