Our story
TriLitCo, LLC was founded to bring a global perspective and decades of hands-on experience to real estate investors and property professionals in Austin, Texas. The company’s roots trace back to Malta, where founder Rod Carabott entered the world of real estate at age 20 by developing his first property.
In 2007, Rod relocated to the United States and spent years in Chicago managing large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects—overseeing construction, driving asset performance, and leading development initiatives. After settling in Austin in 2016, he continued working closely with property owners and investors, blending operational insight with a strategic mindset.
What began as a property management venture evolved into a full-service consulting and brokerage firm. Today, TriLitCo focuses on helping clients navigate real estate acquisitions, sales, redevelopment, and investment with confidence and clarity.
