Thanks for considering a TriLitCo managed property. Below you can find several documents that will help make the process as smooth as possible.

 The most efficient way to apply for a rental unit is through our website. Go to the Available Rentals page , select the desired property  and then select Apply Online. Application fees can all be paid easily on the same system when they apply.

Please have all the required information and required forms ready to be attached to the application.

Realtors - There is a place on the application for them to Realtors name, the cell number, and email address.
